Official English legal pack for the CombatFlow ID platform (digital passports, events, Club Store, payments via Stripe Connect, logistics via EasyPost, and community features). Last updated: August 2026. Master pack version: 5.0.
Auditable consent mapping — user_legal_consents
Acceptance of role-specific annexes is recorded in the user_legal_consents table (GDPR audit trail). Each row stores document_type, document_version, accepted_at, ip_address and optional metadata (e.g. selected event fee model).

General Terms v5.0
Welcome to CombatFlow ID. By accessing or using our platform, digital passports, store, events and management tools, you agree to these General Terms & Conditions and the companion Privacy Policy (GDPR) v5.0, which apply to all profiles (Athlete, Fan/Spectator, Coach, Club, Promoter, Referee and Staff).
1. Platform Access
CombatFlow ID is a sports management technology platform providing athlete digital passports and intermediary services for registrations and sales for combat sports events. When you register an account, you agree to:
- Provide true, accurate and up-to-date information.
- Fully comply with the regulations of federations and event promoters.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and remain responsible for all activity on your account.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in cases of fraud, falsification of sporting data or system abuse.
Messaging and interaction (invite-only)
- Initial message invites: To protect users' privacy and reduce spam and harassment, the platform operates an invite-only model. A user may send only one (1) initial conversation invite or request message to another user.
- Chat unlock: Additional messages and an ongoing conversation become available only after the recipient explicitly accepts the invite request.
- Removal of earlier restrictions: Messaging is governed solely by the invite approval state (accepted or pending). It is not conditioned on a mutual-follow relationship, or on the purchase of tickets or passes.
Profile types and account privacy
- Public Member / Athlete profile: Accounts registered as Athletes or Members have a public profile by default, so their sporting record, fight history and achievements in their discipline can be displayed.
- Private account option: Every user keeps full control of their visibility and may switch their account to Private at any time in their profile settings.
2. Stripe Connect Payment Intermediation
- Nature of the Service: CombatFlow ID acts solely as a technology intermediary. It does not hold prepaid fiat (EUR) consumer wallets and does not operate as a payment institution or bank.
- Direct Online Payments: All purchases (event registrations, ticketing and Club Store items) are processed online via Stripe / Stripe Connect (card, MB WAY, Apple Pay and other supported methods).
- Automatic Fee Retention: The platform automatically retains applicable service fees (EUR 1.00 per registration under the Standard event model, or 5% per Club Store sale) and routes the remaining net funds directly to the Organiser’s or Merchant’s linked Stripe Connect account.
- Refunds: If an event is cancelled, a proven change occurs, or a legally approved return is granted, the refund is processed exclusively via Stripe back to the buyer’s original payment method. There is no prepaid wallet credit in the app.
3. CombatFlow Points (CP) — Non-Fiat Gamification Rules
- Nature: CombatFlow Points (CP / combat_coins) are non-monetary loyalty and gamification points only. They are not currency, e-money, stored-value instruments or fiat balance, and confer no ownership interest in CombatFlow ID.
- Non-purchasable: CP cannot be bought with money or any other fiat payment method.
- Non-withdrawable / Non-transferable as payment: CP cannot be withdrawn to IBAN, converted to euros, sold, assigned or transferred as consideration for goods or services outside the official in-app rewards catalogue.
- Earning: CP are earned solely through sports participation, match wins, Digital Athlete Passport rank achievements and other engagement actions provided on the platform.
- Use: CP may only be redeemed in the official CombatFlow rewards store, when eligible (including, where applicable, Monster Pack raffle tickets subject to the Raffle Terms).
4. EasyPost Logistics
- Shipping Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated in real time through the EasyPost integration and are paid entirely by the buyer. The platform does not subsidise shipping.
- Multi-seller Orders: If a purchase includes items from multiple clubs/sellers, independent shipments and shipping labels are created for each entity, and the related costs are accumulated at checkout.
5. AI Moderation
CombatFlow ID uses artificial intelligence to automatically moderate comments and direct messages in real time, and reserves the right to remove offensive content and suspend accounts that violate community rules.
Event Organizer Terms v2.1
By creating or publishing an event on CombatFlow ID, the Organiser (club, promoter or federation) accepts payment intermediation via Stripe Connect and must select one of the following service models. Acceptance is recorded under EVENT_ORGANIZER version 2.1, with metadata identifying the selected model (OPTION_A or OPTION_B).
Option A — Standard (EUR 1.00 fixed service fee per athlete)
- Fixed platform service fee of EUR 1.00 per athlete registered in the event, retained automatically via Stripe Connect (application_fee_amount = 100).
- The remaining net registration amount is routed directly to the Organiser’s Stripe Connect account.
- Requires Stripe Connect linkage/activation (“Accept & Connect Stripe”).
Option B — On-site Partnership / Stand (EUR 0.00 per athlete + mandatory refundable deposit)
- Per-athlete registration fee to CombatFlow ID: EUR 0.00 (application_fee_amount = 0. 100% of the net athlete registration fee flows to the Organiser’s Stripe Connect account.
- Mandatory EUR 400.00 Refundable Deposit: By selecting Option B (Fee-Exempt On-site Partnership / Stand), the Organiser authorises CombatFlow ID to pre-authorise and/or charge a refundable security deposit of EUR 400.00 via Stripe Connect on the Organiser’s payment method. The deposit guarantees: (i) reserved physical space for the CombatFlow ID booth/stand (or tent) at the event venue; and (ii) placement of CombatFlow ID banners/advertising on event materials, as agreed for the partnership.
- Full refund within 5 business days: Provided branding, booth authorisation and visibility commitments are fulfilled and verified after the event, the EUR 400.00 deposit is fully refunded within five (5) business days following successful post-event verification by CombatFlow ID (release of the pre-authorisation hold and/or refund of any captured amount, as applicable via Stripe).
- Non-compliance: If the Organiser fails to honour booth space, stand access or banner/visibility commitments, CombatFlow ID reserves the right to capture and retain the EUR 400.00 deposit (in whole or in part) as liquidated damages for the breach of the on-site partnership conditions.
- Stand/booth placement remains subject to operational availability of the CombatFlow ID on-site team for the relevant event date.
Organiser responsibilities
- Accuracy and lawfulness of all event information published on the platform.
- Compliance with applicable federation and competition regulations.
- Communication with registered athletes regarding schedule, weigh-ins and rule changes.
There are no internal prepaid fiat balances: all registration payments and Option B deposit operations run exclusively via Stripe / Stripe Connect.
Store Merchant Terms v2.0
CombatFlow ID acts exclusively as a digital intermediary via Stripe Connect. Activation of the Club Store implies acceptance of these Merchant Terms (STORE_MERCHANT v2.0), which is mandatory before uploading products or enabling the store.
1. Sales commission
The platform retains a 5% sales commission on the invoiced amount of each Club Store sale, withheld automatically via Stripe Connect split.
2. Conditional monthly maintenance fee
- Months with no active sales: maintenance cost EUR 0.00.
- The EUR 2.00 / month fee applies only in months with active sales. In those months, a single maintenance fee of EUR 2.00 is deducted from the first payout of that month to cover custody-account management costs.
3. Membership and withdrawals
Joining the Club Store and withdrawing to IBAN are 100% free, subject to the payout threshold below. There is no internal fiat consumer wallet; payments and payouts run via Stripe Connect / IBAN as configured for the store.
4. Automatic payout threshold
Net proceeds constitute the Club/Promoter’s own revenue and are transferred automatically to the IBAN indicated in the organisation profile once the available balance reaches EUR 50.00, without prejudice to administrative validation when applicable.
5. EasyPost logistics
- The Merchant remains responsible for fulfilment of physical goods.
- Shipping rates are calculated in real time via EasyPost and paid by the buyer.
- Multi-seller checkouts generate independent shipments per merchant entity.
6. Tax and invoicing responsibility
Issuance of invoices with Tax ID (NIF) and all fiscal obligations relating to products sold remain the exclusive responsibility of the club/brand. CombatFlow ID does not act as the merchant of record for Club Store goods beyond its role as technology intermediary via Stripe Connect.
Ambassador & Affiliate Program Terms v3.0
By joining the CombatFlow ID Ambassador & Affiliate Program, you accept these Terms (AMBASSADOR v3.0). Consent is required before programme participation and before any commission withdrawal request.
1. Premium commission rules
You earn EUR 1.00 for each attributed Premium INITIAL_PURCHASE / RENEWAL linked to your referral code.
2. Commission payout rules
- Premium commissions may be withdrawn via Stripe Connect / SEPA transfer to the IBAN registered on your profile.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: EUR 50.00.
- Payouts are processed only after tax documentation (§3) is validated and the account remains in good standing (no fraud, self-referral or programme abuse).
3. Mandatory tax documentation
Before any commission payment is authorised, you must upload an official Invoice / Green Receipt (Recibo Verde) issued to CombatFlow ID for the requested amount (PDF or image).
4. CombatFlow Points (CP)
CP earned or held under the programme are never withdrawable and never convertible to euros (see General Terms — non-fiat CP rules).
5. Tax identity data
Tax ID (NIF / Tax ID) and fiscal address are mandatory for programme participation and payouts.
6. Suspension
CombatFlow ID may suspend referral codes in cases of fraud, self-referral or programme abuse.
Monster Pack Raffle Terms
1. Promoter and nature
The Monster Pack / Pack Monster Athlete Pro raffle is a community promotional draw operated by CombatFlow ID. Participation is governed by these Raffle Terms together with the General Terms v5.0 (including this document as EULA / Terms of Use for digital services) and the Privacy Policy.
2. Activation milestone
The raffle activates automatically when the global milestone of 2,000 Premium Athletes is reached. Until that threshold is met, tickets accumulate and increase the holder’s odds but do not trigger the draw.
3. How to obtain tickets
- Monthly Premium: 1 raffle ticket.
- Annual Premium: 5 raffle tickets.
- In-App Purchase (Apple / Google): consumable ticket product as listed in the store (subject to platform billing terms).
- CombatFlow Points redemption: redeem eligible CP for one ticket when the rewards catalogue permits (CP remain non-monetary / non-fiat; see General Terms §3).
Ticket balances may be aggregated for audit. Individual public ticket numbers are not listed in the community raffle UI.
4. Prize
The prize is the Pack Monster Athlete Pro (official CombatFlow gear and related digital benefits as described in the in-app surprise / pack presentation, which may include a period of Premium access). Pack contents may be revealed in full only to the winner.
- The prize is not convertible to cash.
- No cash alternative is offered except where mandatory under applicable law.
- The winner will be contacted via the CombatFlow ID application.
5. Eligibility and fairness
- Participants must hold a valid CombatFlow ID account in good standing.
- CombatFlow ID may exclude tickets obtained through fraud, abuse or policy violations.
- For audit purposes, the platform may export a consolidated participant list with ticket totals to authorised administrators.
6. Apple App Store policy compliance
Where CombatFlow ID is distributed through the Apple App Store (iOS / iPadOS), the following rules apply in addition to these Raffle Terms and the General Terms (EULA):
- In-App Purchase only for digital goods: Virtual goods and digital entitlements offered inside the iOS application — including Premium subscriptions and Monster Pack raffle tickets sold as digital products — are purchased exclusively via Apple In-App Purchase. They are not sold inside the iOS app via external card checkout, Stripe Checkout or any other non-IAP payment UI for those digital items.
- Pricing and billing: Prices displayed for IAP products are set and charged by Apple according to the App Store product configuration. CombatFlow ID does not process the underlying card data for those IAP transactions.
- Refunds and subscription management: Requests relating to Apple-billed purchases (including subscription cancellation, billing disputes and refunds) are handled under Apple’s App Store terms and Apple’s refund processes. Users manage auto-renewing subscriptions in their Apple ID / App Store subscription settings.
- Promotional nature of the raffle: Raffle tickets granted with Premium or obtained via IAP are promotional entries into a community prize draw. They do not constitute gambling with cash stakes payable to CombatFlow ID outside Apple’s commerce system, and the physical/digital prize pack is not redeemable for cash.
- CP redemptions: Redeeming CombatFlow Points for a raffle ticket does not involve an Apple IAP charge; CP remain non-fiat loyalty points under the General Terms.
- External physical commerce: Sales of physical Club Store merchandise and similar real-world goods may be processed via Stripe / EasyPost under the applicable Merchant Terms and are distinct from Apple IAP digital catalogue items.
Google Play and other storefronts apply their own in-app billing policies where the app is distributed through those channels; users remain bound by the storefront terms presented at purchase.
7. Relationship to paid subscriptions
Premium subscriptions purchased via Apple App Store, Google Play or other billing channels remain subject to the applicable store terms and the CombatFlow subscription terms displayed at checkout. Raffle tickets granted with Premium are a promotional benefit and do not alter the consumer’s statutory withdrawal or refund rights under the store’s rules.
